Registration Fees:
The Registration Fee for the Conference is 310 Euros.

This includes:

• 2 nights' accommodation (12-13 November) in adjoining 5-star hotels (Corinthia San Gorg and Corinthia Marina)
• welcome at the airport and airport transfers
• conference documentation
• conference lunches and social events

Hotel Accomodation

It is important to note the following:

• Hotel bookings will be handled on a first come first served basis and based on what is indicated in the Registration Forms. You are advised to book early to secure the hotel of your choice. Subsequent changes to hotel bookings may incur extra charges for which the secretariat cannot be held responsible.
• Extra nights have to be paid directly to the hotel and must be indicated on the Registration Form. Special discount rates have been negotiated.

Payment

Payment is to be effected directly using bank draft or transfer, to the bank account indicated on the registration form (procedure explained in Registration Form). Registration is confirmed only when payment has reached the conference bank.

Payment of registration fees

The deadline for the payment of the registration fees is the 24 October 2003 (depending on availability);

Cancellation fee: In case of cancellation the following cancellation fees will be applied:

Cancellations from 10 October 2003 onwards: 60% of the registration fee will be retained.
