We would like to draw your attention to an Open Call For Tenders which was published in the Official Journal of the EU on 26 July 2002, numbered 2002/S 1244-113387 (http://ted.eur-op.eu.int/) and aimed at:
"Factors and Impacts in the Information Society: prospective analysis in Candidate Countries"
