Foresight for Innovation - thinking and debating the future: shaping and aligning policies

14th/15th June 2004, O'Reilly Hall, University College Dublin, 

During the Irish EU Presidency, the Foresight conference will focus on the use of foresight (results) for improved and stronger alignment of policy making and its contribution to the Lisbon Agenda, which the EU Competitiveness Council has indicated needs a new momentum, as well as to national initiatives currently underway or planned.

The 2004 Conference is co-sponsored by the European Commission - DG Research, Forfás, the Information Society Commission and the European Foundation for the improvement of Living and Working Conditions.
